Return- and exchange policy
Note that the SFC has a 14 day return and exchange policy. This means that you have 14 days to inform us about a possible return, after receaving your order. Once you notifyed us about the return you then have another 14 days to ship the actual idem/items.
For return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com and we will return to you with further instructions for the return. We ask kindly that you do not ship anything before contacting us, as it will only extend the refund process with further delays.
When trying out your product, we beg you to carefully wear the shoes on a surface that does not leave any marks, so that the products are in there original condition once returned. Only original condition products will be accepted for returns or replacements.
All refunds will in most cases occur with the form of payment used for the purchase. In general, repayment occurs inbetween 5-10 business days from the point when SFC receives and verifies the product.
For replacement, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will return to you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. The email includes the return slip required to return the item to us. As soon as we have received the goods and checked it, we will send you the new one.
If you choose to use another method of return other then our return slip, it is at your own expense and your own risk.
We will pay for the return fee as well ass the new shippment for the replacement product as long as we have the item in stock. If the new item is not in stock, the full value or the returned goods will be refunded.
When returning, please contact us at email@example.com and we will return to you with instructions on how to return. The email includes the return slip required to return the item to us. As soon as the goods has been returned and checked,
we will refund the full value of the return minus a charge of 80SEK which then covers a portion of the shipping cost and handling.
Note that the reduction of 80SEK is made only if you use our return slip. If you choose to use another method of return it is at your own expense and your own risk.
FAILURE DURING DELIVERY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If the package and/or the product is damaged upon delivery, please contact your responsable shipping currier immediately. If it turns out that the product is damaged or you received the wrong item, follow the instructions described in “WHEN RETURNING”.
PRODUCT NOT ACCLAIMED
If a product is not picked up within 14 days, we reserve a shipping and handling fee of 150SEK to cover parts of the costs that arise.
